Japanese Green Tea Tasting Workshop – Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Paymen - Bookings must be made in advance via our website or approved booking platform. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place. - Prices are per person and include GST. 2. Cancellations & Refunds - 5 days or more before the workshop: full refund. - 3–4 days before the workshop: 50% refund. - Within 48 hours or no-show: non-refundable. - If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date. 3. Workshop Content - The selection of teas and Japanese sweets may change depending on the season and availability. - Substitutions may be made with similar items of equal quality if needed. - The workshop is for tasting and educational purposes only (non-alcoholic). 4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies - Japanese sweets may contain common allergens (nuts, soy, gluten, sesame, dairy, etc.). - Please notify us of any dietary needs when booking. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 5. Health, Safety & Insurance - Hot water and tea utensils are used in the workshop; please handle with care. - Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. - We hold public liability insurance for all workshops. However, participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings. - Except as required under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the workshop. 6. Photography & Media - Photos and short videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear, please let the host know at the start of the session. 7. Liability & Disclaimer - Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. - Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
