Return & Refund

We hope you love your Wa-Cha Honpo products as much as we do. However, unexpected things can happen.

What items can be returned?

​

As these are a fresh natured product, they cannot be returned and we do not cover the cost to return these items to us unless:

​

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received a different item from your order

  • We delivered your items to a different address other than those stipulated in your order. We follow the shipping address as per your order, so please ensure that this is entered correctly in full or we may not approve the refund.

* We do not refund or exchange for change of mind because of the fresh nature of the product.

* We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our tea products once they are opened. The product must be in original purchase condition.

You may return items within 3 days of delivery for a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable). We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.) otherwise it is your responsibility to organise return shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of returning your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Returns process

​

1. Please contact us and fill in the Enquiry form within 3 days of receiving your orders.

​

2. We will approve your refund or exchange via email.

 

3. You can then send us your item which may need to be inspected. Some faults/damage may have to be assessed by us before a refund or replacement can be issued.

 

4. Returned items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging for hygiene reasons.​


5. You will be paying for any shipping cost of items that are returned to us once they have been approved for return or exchange, unless advised.

6. To ensure prompt delivery of returned items to us, we recommend using a trackable postal service, obtaining proof of posting and insuring for the value of the item.

​

7. The returned items are your responsibility until they reach us and should be carefully packaged for posting to avoid any damage.
 
8. If an item is received in an unsuitable condition, it may have to be sent it back to you. We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return.

9. We’re not responsible for any items returned by mistake.

​

10. Once returned items are received it will take 3-5 business days to process the return procedure before a replacement item is sent, or a refund payment is processed.


11. If a refund is processed to a credit card this will take up to 2 weeks to appear on the credit card statement.

13. Return forms that are incorrectly completed will create a delay in processing.
